The Space

This cozy studio lives on a quiet block in the popular neighborhood of  Chelsea. It comes fully furnished and fully equipped with all the essentials needed while living in New York City. You get the best of both worlds by being able to live on a peaceful block near the most happening area. The unit comes fully furnished with complete sets of kitchenware, cleaning tools and supplies, and fresh linens. Utilities are capped at a rate of $300 month and include internet, cable, electricity, heat and gas. All utilities are set up prior to move in.

Live in Super and has a washer and dryer. Walk up building. 

 

Neighborhood

Blocks away from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, you will be in one of the only areas that has access to all of the major subways that run throughout Manhattan. Chelsea Piers which is is a top spot for running, relaxation and waterfront dinning, is walking distance. Multiple grocery options are near (Whole Foods, Gristedes and more).

 

Transportation 

Walking distance to the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R and on nice days the L which will take you to Brooklyn.
