The Space
This apartment is made up of 3 large rooms with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Its large windows flood the room with natural light and brighten the jet blue walls. There’s a giant closet in the bedroom, sliding door closed in the entrance and an extra storage closet. The unit comes fully furnished with complete sets of kitchenware, cleaning tools and supplies, and fresh linens. Utilities are capped at a rate of $300 month and include internet, cable, electricity, heat and gas. All utilities are set up prior to move in.

The location is perfect for individuals attending the Lower Manhattan Arts, NYU and the Lower East Side Dance Academy.

The subway's are easily accessible. The F, M, J and Z are located 3 blocks away and the B and D are walking distance.
