The Space
The long layout of the living room leads to the large bedroom offering spacious living environment. It's a 1bed/1bath fully furnished with everything you see and more. The couch pulls out to a bed, there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and home theater system, and the bedroom is accompanied by a queen size bed. There are multiple windows framing the space letting the light brighten up the rooms.


The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, pots, pans, mugs, wine glasses, cutting board, silverware, spatulas, coffee machine and tea pot. There is a microwave and oven. 


The Bathroom
It has has a shower and bathtub. Clean towels are provided as well as toilet paper.

The apartment is located on the tree-lined block of E25th Street between 2nd and 3rd Ave near Gramercy Park. The building is just steps away from D’Agostino Supermarket, several dry cleaners, and unlimited dining options. This is a safe, quiet area near Baruch College.
