This charming 500 square feet studio apartment with 1 bathroom is border with two huge windows. The windows flood the space with natural light and when opened you can hear the rumble of laughter from the park across the way. Outside of the window's there are rod iron blower beds if the tenant wishes to add even more life to the block. The apartment offers plenty of storage space, a queen size bed, a leather couch and dining tables with stools. A flat screen TV and DVD player are included in the furnishing.
