Walking distance to the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R and on nice days the L which will take you to Brooklyn. Chelsea Piers which is is a top spot for running, relaxation and waterfront dinning, is walking distance. Multiple grocery options are near (Whole Foods, Gristedes and more).

its located on the first floor and It comes fully furnished with a Full size bed, tall dresser, flat screen T.V, love seat, arm chair, coffee table, A.C, Dinning table and 3 chairs, ceiling fan, iron, iron board and hair dryer. The apartment and the sidewalk are separated by a garden area. 

The Kitchen
Its fully equipped with microwave and oven. We provide a complete set of dishes, cups, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The Bathroom
Was recently renovated and its an excellent condition, It has has a shower and bathtub.
Clean towels and paper towels are provided.

Utilities
Electricity, heat, hot water, gas, air conditioner, cable package, and wireless internet are offered at a capped rate of $300 a month. 

Terms
Short term stay, corporate leases and international tenants are welcomed. Available for 1-12 months. Terms, such as move in and move out, are flexible
