The Space

This Studio apartment comes fully furnished with complete sets of kitchenware, cleaning tools and supplies, and fresh linens. There is an outdoor terrace that is only accessible form the apartment. Utilities are capped at a rate of $300 month and include internet, cable, electricity, heat and gas. All utilities are set up prior to move in.

Walk up building with access to Laundry in the neighboring building. 

 

Neighborhood 

This prime area offers endless options of dining, shopping and entertainment. It is steps away from Union Square and Gramercy Park. There are supermarket options such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes. New York City’s famous Pommes Frites and Artichoke Basille’s Pizza are right next door. If you are staying during nice weather make sure you stop by the Farmer’s Market that takes place in Union Square Park.

 

Transportation

The subway’s are easily accessible on Union Square East and E 14th. You will find the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q and R. The L is also located on E 14th between 3rd and 2nd ave.
